Zen Shiatsu

MY OFFERING

My Zen Shiatsu sessions are 60 minutes long. However, please note that first session can take about 75 minutes to allow us time to discuss your current and past health, as well as your needs and expectations of the treatment. Shiatsu is a holistic therapy, thus not only physical conditions but also emotional and psychological aspects are considered. A hands-on Shiatsu treatment lasts 45 minutes.

Shiatsu is given through clothes, so it is advisable to wear something comfortable, like loose trousers or leggings, a long sleeve top and socks. It is important not to wear anything that’s too constricting or tight around the waist. Zips and lots of buttons are best avoided, too.
